LONE HAND BREWHOUSE BEER TASTING NOTES

 PALE ALE.

 Polished gold in colour and produced from 3 Australian classic ale malts and 2 aromatic and fruity
hop varieties. A Barrel produced real ale style with a clean malty palate, distinctive fresh hoppyness, and a
creamy white head with good foam retention. The finish is long, dry and fruity.

 GOLDRUSH.

 Recipe based on a popular cask ale heavily consumed by thirty miners in the heady days of the Eureka stockade. Produced from 3 classic Aussie ale malts including lightly roasted grains, corn and a touch
of orange blossom honey. this deep amber coloured beer has fruit and spice in the mouth and an agreeable bitterness through the blending of a variety of classic hops including Amarillo and Pride of Ringwood.
A refreshing full bodied natural beer which the ladies will also like and where one is just not enough.

 EUREKA STOUT.

An old fashioned full bodied stout made from 5 Australian grown malts, barley grains and corn mashed in
natural spring water. This naturally conditioned ale with its creamy head is soft and malty with a palate
reminiscent of lightly roasted coffee beans. The finish has an agreeable "Pride of Ringwood" hoppy bitterness
and finishes clean and satisfying.

 *NOTE: All our beers are bottle conditioned like Champagne and like Coopers will have harmless natural
sediment which may be decanted before serving. We use only natural ingredients in all our beers and do not
use any artificial additives or preservatives. Our beers have a natural food value and due to the natural process
and ph balanced alpine water are easy on the head and stomach.
